Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 11, 2025

Please read these terms carefully before using services provided by CTCQ Logistics.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by CTCQ Logistics ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

CTCQ Logistics is a Jaipur-based supply chain and logistics provider offering transportation (FTL/PTL), warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding and related services across India. Specific terms for individual contracts, quotes or service-level agreements (SLAs) will prevail where they are separately agreed in writing.

2. Quotations, Orders and Acceptance

  • All quotations provided are valid for the period mentioned on the quotation or otherwise 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
  • An order is accepted only when CTCQ Logistics issues a written confirmation or when services are performed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock issues, incorrect pricing, or legal/regulatory restrictions.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices quoted do not include taxes unless specified. Applicable GST and other levies will be charged as required by law.
  • Payment terms will be as agreed in the quotation or invoice. Late payments may incur interest or a collection fee as allowed by law.
  • For credit accounts, we may require documents and credit checks prior to accepting orders on credit terms.

4. Delivery, Transit & Liability

  • Estimated transit/delivery times are indicative only and depend on route, customs clearances, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.
  • CTCQ Logistics will use reasonable care in performing services. Our liability for loss or damage to goods is subject to limits set by applicable law, carrier terms, or as specifically agreed in writing.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including business interruption or loss of profit.

5. Insurance

Insurance is not automatically provided unless stated in your quotation. Customers may request cargo insurance — such requests must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Claims, Damages & Time Limits

  • Any claim for loss, damage or non-delivery must be notified to CTCQ Logistics and the delivering carrier immediately and confirmed in writing within 7 days from delivery (or expected delivery date for non-delivery).
  • Failure to lodge claims within the time limits may result in rejection of the claim.

7. Customer Obligations

  • Customers must provide accurate information including packaging details, dimensions, weights, value, and any special handling instructions.
  • Customers must ensure goods are packed suitable to withstand normal transport risks. We may refuse to accept goods that appear improperly packed or dangerous.

8. Dangerous & Restricted Goods

Shipments containing hazardous, restricted, or controlled items must be declared and documented by the shipper. CTCQ Logistics reserves the right to refuse carriage of such goods if regulatory or safety requirements are not met.

9. Customs & Compliance

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for providing correct customs documentation and for paying duties, taxes and fees unless otherwise agreed. CTCQ Logistics will assist with customs documentation where requested but is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or missing documentation.

10. Confidentiality & Data

We will treat customer information as confidential and use it only to provide services, except where disclosure is required by law. For details about how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

CTCQ Logistics will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, strikes, pandemics, and carrier failure). During such events, performance timelines will be extended by the duration of the event.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a contractual service agreement where material breach has occurred and not corrected within a reasonable cure period. Termination does not relieve either party from liabilities or obligations accrued prior to termination.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials provided by CTCQ Logistics remain the property of CTCQ unless expressly assigned in writing.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

15. Amendments

CTCQ Logistics may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on our website and will be effective from the date posted.
